TechTrain Mind Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services, info products, or goods from TechTrain Mind (we, us), you agree to these terms.
2. Refund Policy
We provide refunds based on the type of purchase. Please review the sections below for details.
3. Services
Services include all Tech and AI training sessions, workshops, and live tutorials offered by TechTrain Mind.
3.1 Cancellation and Transfers
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 7 days before its start date. To request a change, contact us via contact form. Transfers to a later date are granted once per booking without penalty.
3.2 Service Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session are eligible for a full refund, which will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for a one-time session transfer if requested at least 48 hours before the session start. This policy ensures fair scheduling and resource allocation.
4. Info Products
Info products cover all digital downloads, online courses, e-guides, and templates provided by TechTrain Mind.
4.1 Info Product Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our contact form. To be eligible, the content must not have been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted or files downloaded, products are non-refundable to protect intellectual property and content integrity. Approved refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Physical Goods
Physical goods include any tangible items sold through TechTrain Mind such as printed manuals or hardware kits.
5.1 Shipping Exchanges and Refunds
Items may be sent back or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. To initiate, contact us via contact form with your order details. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the item. Exchanges are processed after receipt of the sent-back goods and depend on available stock.
